2011 Chrome Cowgirls Charity

by Chrome Cowgirls on 04/18/11

The 2011 Chrome Cowgirls Charity Run event planning is in full swing and this year is looking very promising!

We kicked off the year on March 19 with "A Nite At The Races" at the Ramada Plaza Riverside.  Everyone had a great time betting on their favorite horse then cheering them on to the finish line! A big thank you to all of our supporters and sponsors:  IndiSoul, Beartooth Photography, Sunset Bar & Grill, Ramada Plaza Riverside, Cost Plus Appliance, Karst Motorsports, Cadillac Cowgirl, Galles Liquor Mart, Sierra West, Casper Mountain Motorsports, The Messy Moose, Bill and Mary England, and Poplar Wine & Spirits!  Congratulations to our winners of a Vegas Getaway for two, a stunning matted and framed print, Layse Cookware, romance package, wine basket, among many other great prizes!

Be sure to come by and visit us on April 30 and May 1 at the Eastridge Mall Center Court in Casper!  Visit our Events page for more upcoming events in the Casper area!

On June 2, we are partnering with Karst Motorsports and Arrowhead Catering for a Super Thunder Thursday ride, including a poker run and dinner on the mountain at the Trail Center (charitable donations for dinner greatly appreciated)!  Watch for details to be released soon!  Everyone is welcome and we hope you'll join us!

Our signature event takes place on June 18!  We kick it off with the pre-registration party on Friday evening, with complimentary bike safety checks, dinner, and music for registered participants.  The public is welcome but there will be a charge for dinner.  Saturday morning, we gather for breakfast, brief safety review and blessing, leaving at 9 am with an escort through town to I25, riding to Kaycee for fuel and refreshments provided by Arrowhead Catering and Coca-Cola.  Then it's on to Buffalo, where we are escorted through town to the City Park for lunch by Arrowhead Catering and music by Sheridan Media (lunch is not included with registration, but is discounted!).  Cool off by dipping your toes in the creek or just kick back in the shade!  Next stop is just the other side of Story, at the Tunnel Hill Turnout where we have our group photo taken.  Then we are escorted into Sheridan, where we have vendors, a bike show, dinner, contests/prizes, a live auction, and live entertainment!

Registration is $50 and includes an event T-shirt, dinner Friday evening, breakfast Saturday morning, your poker hand, refreshments enroute, dinner and all activities Saturday night in Sheridan, and discounted price for lunch in Buffalo.  A wrist band will be issued to all paid registrants and must be worn/shown to take full advantage of the benefits included!  If you do not have a wristband on, you will be charged so be sure to wear it through Saturday night!  Be sure to register before May 31st!  As of June 1, the late registration fee of $60 applies, and we cannot guarantee an event T-shirt or availability of rooms!

Sunday morning is all yours to enjoy however you'd like!  Ride safe; we always look forward to seeing you the next year!

All proceeds resulting from 2011 fundraising efforts will be donated to CLIMB Wyoming!  Visit www.climbwyoming.org for more information about this great program!

We now have a store on our website where you can purchase Chrome Cowgirls apparel, decals and stickers, make donations, submit registration fees, purchase event tickets, etc.!  Check it out!  As always, we sincerely appreciate your continued support!
